missingWrote a review on Dec 26friendly staff
So I had booked a Deluxe King Room with City View, nice setup. The staff, they were friendly enough, helped me out when I needed room service late at night. Even when they were swamped, they didn't leave me hanging.
Not the most affordable spot tho, you know.

While the views from the Deluxe Queen Room were stunning and the indoor-outdoor heated pool was a highlight, the issues at check-in and subsequent customer service left much to be desired. Despite enjoying the cleanliness of the facilities, the unsettling experience with my reservation and the overall handling of the situation significantly impacted my stay. Adding to this, the promised loyalty points were not honored, which felt misleading.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored a few nearby micro-breweries and checked out Union Station. The rooms were pretty spacious and comfy, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. Just a heads up, the pool was under maintenance while we were there, so plan accordingly!
We did experience a hiccup where the internet would cut out occasionally, which was a bit frustrating at times.

I had a fantastic time at the Westin. The heated indoor/outdoor pool was a real treat, perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring. The room was spacious with a cozy bed, making it feel like sleeping on a cloud. The location is spot on for visiting local bars and breweries, which I loved. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. However, I did encounter issues with the internet. it cut out occasionally, annoying during my stay. Also, the pool was under maintenance, which I didn’t know ahead of time, so that was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, it was a nice weekend overall.

The team was delightful, the gym kept me fit, and the heated pool felt so nice! Those comfy beds had me snoozing like a baby!
But darling, the WiFi was as reliable as a chocolate teapot! And what’s with gum on the shower head? Talk about sticky situations!

Comfortable stay with great amenities
I had a lovely stay at this downtown property where the oversized room offered a comfortable bed and a well-stocked gym that was a pleasure to use. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Union Station and many great restaurants. One downside was the pool area. it was quite crowded, and I had difficulty finding a chair to relax in.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location is perfect for visiting local breweries and Union Station. The beds were super comfy, and the staff was really friendly. Just a heads up, the pool was small but the views were awesome. I'd recommend staying if you want a good night’s sleep after a fun day!
The only downside was that two of our friends faced issues with their original room reservations. They were given king beds instead of doubles, which wasn't what they requested. It caused some hassle during check-in, but we managed overall.
